Testimonials

So what do our clients say?

For the Strategic Partnering Workshop:

In the weeks following the workshop a client wrote:

“The workshop has been the highlight of our conversations; the way everything came together with the Reframing exercise; multiple “ah-ha’s”, the value (& sweat) of the role-plays – to name just a few of what people are saying”

For the Front-End Analysis Workshop:

“I feel I am more valuable to my organization than I was on Monday…”

“Real world examples…relevant material…great job aids to use back on the job – great workshop!”

CLO of a Fortune 100 company:

Without question, our greatest opportunity for business impact was moving from “order takers” to true performance partners.  While our learning team understood this vision and shared this passion, many lacked the practical tools and techniques to make this happen.  They simply did not know how to tactfully change the conversation to becoming performance partners or suggest that learning “might not be the best solution.”  This is where Exemplary Performance (EP) came in.  They literally provided training and coaching to our team.  Most of what they provided was not earth shattering or completely new information, rather it was very practical, usable, and built on common sense that easily resonated with our clients.  All of us left the training feeling more empowered to act as true strategic business partners.

In addition, EP did not train us and then leave.  Any time we want to talk with them or get some advice, we simply pick up the phone and they are ready, willing and able to help.  We greatly value the partnership and ongoing relationship with Exemplary Performance.
