Available Workshops

If you are interested in building your HR, Learning, OD, Finance, IT or Purchasing and Supply Chain Management team to serve as strategic business partners, you’ll want to check out our Strategic Partnering and Performance Consulting workshop based on the research, models and practices of the Robinsons. EP is the exclusive provider of these workshops and services. The focus of this workshop is on building a shared mental model and then equipping the team to apply that model and have productive conversations with business leaders, both when initiating the discussion and being on the receiving end of a request. Participants in these workshops learn a proven method to align performance with business results and influence internal clients to take the actions that will benefit the business.

If you are interested in deepening your performance analysis and solution design skills, you will want to look at our offerings based on the work of Joe Harless. These workshops range from the Job Aids workshop, which is applicable to a wide audience from training and performance support developers to process and project managers, to the accomplishment-based curriculum design (ABCD) workshops that consist of Front End Analysis (FEA), Training Design and Training Development.

We even have workshops to equip managers and individual contributors to apply this performance and results-based approach to support success – in effect building performance consulting skills of line managers and their team members. Also in the works is a performance-based approach to change that provides the tools to successfully land change and is based on our research and client work successfully landing large scale and complex change initiatives at some of the world’s largest and most successful companies.

Call us today at 410-266-8400  to discuss how we can partner together for stronger performance and superior results.
