Front-End Analysis (FEA) Workshop
Exemplary Performance presents a three and one-half day Front-End Analysis (FEA) Workshop that presents a detailed process for analyzing and optimizing human performance in the workplace. This course is one of four in the Optimizing Human Performance Workshops of Dr. Joe Harless’ ABCD program.
The approach taken in this workshop uniquely ties what product or service employee’s produce to your organization’s business goals. It also addresses all of the influences on human performance: personnel selection, skills and knowledge, work environment and employee motivation and incentives.
Two methodologies are used. The New Performance Planning methodology documents performance for new jobs, processes and technology. It then recommends the interventions required to achieve exemplary performance. The Diagnostic methodology documents deficient performance, identifies performance barriers and recommends the interventions required to achieve exemplary performance.
The tools presented in this workshop will enable participants to analyze workplace performance to ensure exemplary results.
At the end of this workshop, participants should be able to apply the new performance planning and diagnostic methodologies.
This workshop is designed for Performance Consultants, Performance Analysts, Instructional Designers and Process Managers who will be assigned to projects to analyze workforce performance to ensure exemplary results.
