Establish Finance as a Strategic Business Partner
EP has begun working with Finance organizations to address their needs to move from someone who provides and analyzes business data to someone who adds value as a strategic business partner. EP works with finance teams to enhance capability of people to form and deepen partnerships with key leaders and then, through the credibility that results, to assume a ‘seat at the table’ when strategic opportunities and needs are discussed and acted upon. Key to the success of EP’s approach is the practical, how-to nature of the content, the robust tool set, and the coaching infrastructure that is provided.
It helps very much to have a structural framework to use in dealing with these issues.
While much of this is either intuition or things we have been already doing at some level, it really helps to think about them more deeply and have tips/tools to perfect them in practice. Thank you!
This was the best workshop I have been at in my career – right fit, right pace, right information.
Great learning experience and really helped me understand my role as a business partner. Need to operate more strategically and not just be used for tactical or transactional requests.
