Coaching Services


Coaching and reinforcement is the factor that most influences people applying new skills on the job.


We integrate coaching into the workshop with table coaches who provide personal guidance and real-time feedback. Depending on the needs of the client, we develop internal coaches to serve in that role or provide expert coaches from the EP team. Coaches also serve as implementation leaders and support the execution of the individual action plan after the workshop.

As people work to develop partnerships with clients at a strategic level they will have issues and questions such as:

Question Mark “This client calls me frequently, but always with a tactical request.  How do I transition the partnership to a more strategic and business-focused relationship?”
Question Mark “How do I gain access to this individual—currently I have none.”

“I am finding some resistance from the client to the questions I am asking—how can I manage that resistance?”

Question Mark “In working with my client we’ve uncovered a significant performance gap and I’m not quite sure how to approach it. What should I do?

 

Coaching, over the phone or face-to-face, can be provided to those individuals on a planned or as-needed basis.
