    • Clarify accountabilities for those individuals in client facing roles
    • Assign some individuals the role of strategic business partner
    • Select and assign team members appropriately
    • Develop team member skills
    • Provide the coaching and work environment infrastructure to support success

Following the meeting(s) they will document the results and return these to you to serve as a blueprint and reference tool through your change process.
