Exemplary Performance is providing training and coaching to help equip key Agilent team members to use an accomplishment based approach to diagnosing and solving performance challenges.  The initial training was provided by Dr Paul Elliott as a webcast spread over several sessions.  Each session combined prework, discussion and application all designed to enhance the skills and abilities of the Agilent team to function independently.  Exemplary Performance is also providing follow-on coaching assistance to the Agilent team as they roll out the process across their organization.
