Krista Skalde - Principal Consultant

Krista Skalde is Principal Consultant – Performance Improvement for Exemplary Performance, LLC (EP). Krista lives in Paris, France and is responsible for leading Performance Improvement initiatives for clients in North America and Europe. Krista has ten successful years of experience in consulting in key areas of Human Capital Development and Performance Optimization for a wide array of organizations in North America, Europe, South America and Japan, with a focus on the IT and Financial Services sectors.

Krista has a certification in Front End Analysis and received her M.A. in Political Science from the l’Université de Paris, with honorable mention for her dissertation work on Independence Movements: A Comparative View of Québec, Corsica, the Basque Country and Northern Ireland. Her B.A. was received from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Canada, where she was awarded the President’s Award for Excellence for her work on Valuing Diversity. Krista is fully bilingual in English and French. In addition, she is proficient in Spanish and Sign Language and speaks conversational Japanese.
