Mary Alida Brisk - Principal Consultant

Mary Alida Brisk is a Principal Consultant, Performance Improvement with Exemplary Performance, LLC, based in Redmond, Washington. Mary Alida earned a Master of Arts Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Oregon State University.  This degree allowed her to combine her interests in Organizational Communication, Business Administration, Adult Education and Human Factors Engineering. Mary Alida has also successfully completed ASTD’s Human Performance Certification Program.

Ms. Brisk gained experience working as the Director of Training and Development for Oregon State University Federal Credit Union. With her assistance, they were selected by the Oregon Business Magazine as one of “The 100 Best” companies to work for in Oregon State.  She was responsible for implementing a learning organization refocusing on training, which contributed to winning that title. She also worked as an administrator for a vocational computer school, developed successful franchise owner’s training programs for an international quick service restaurant chain, and managed a veteran’s outreach center.  Her stint in the USAF as a jet engine mechanic cultivated her love of systems thinking. Mary Alida has also taught at Western Washington University, Oregon State University, and Linn-Benton Community College.
