Wendy Sabean - Principal Consultant

Wendy Sabean is a Principal Consultant for Exemplary Performance, LLC in EP’s western region office in Redmond, Washington.

Wendy has been a Performance Technologist practitioner for the several years helping businesses to enhance the customer experience and increase the bottom line through improved product development, sales and support performance.  She has designed solutions for sales, consultants, engineers, technical support analysts, and IT professionals. She prides herself in leading businesses, individuals and teams to higher levels of productivity, accomplishment and fulfillment.

Prior to joining Exemplary Performance, Wendy dedicated 10 years of her professional career at Microsoft, where she managed User Education, Performance Development, Training, Customer Education, Learning Infrastructure, and Content Development teams in Engineering Excellence, MSN and Microsoft Consulting Services. She also has substantial experience applying her discipline with the wireless, hardware manufacturing and financial industries.

In addition to her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Education in Instructional Technology degrees, Wendy holds certifications in project management, decision making, problem solving, customer service and call center operations.
