Faster time to qualification, safer operations
EP developed a new qualification program for operators in the process industry by working alongside their “Star” performers. We captured their internal best practices and teased out their decision-making processes to make these “covert” decisions explicit to all. Management gained a new vantage of how work was actually being performed; supervisors had greater confidence in the qualification program and their newest employees’ performance and at the executive level costs were lowered (from reduced time to qualification) and risks lowered due to greater confidence in the qualification and safety practices of front-line operators.
