What does it look like to capture Exemplary Performance?

Star Performers are often and surprisingly “unconsciously competent” – meaning they often are not aware that they are doing anything differently than their peers.  However, their work outputs – which we call Major Accomplishments – create significantly more value to the organization than the typical persons in similar roles.  To capture this we spend time interviewing and observing these Star performers on the job, in their work environment.
